Thank you for choosing to report something that has happened to either yourself or another person. Things may feel difficult or tough at the moment, but by choosing to provide your contact details, we'll be able to provide you with support, advice and guidance.
Before completing the reporting form please carefully read the articles on the main landing page which provide definitions and examples of the types of issues (reporting categories) you can use to make a report. Please do not submit a report if your concern does not meet the definition of any of the reporting categories. If you cannot see a category that meets the definition of your concern, please discuss your concern directly with your manager/tutor.
You are also encouraged you to read our FAQ, our guidance on Maintaining Confidentiality and our Duty of Care Guidance before you submit a report.
Your data is important to us. We won't collect, store or process any information that goes against our Report and Support Privacy Notice.
After you submit your report a member of staff will be in touch with you within 2 working days to arrange to meet with you to discuss it and provide support to you.
